1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return under the following conditions:
The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery
The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
The item is returned with original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories (if applicable)
Return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund, unless received damaged or incorrect:
Food and perishable items
Personal care or hygiene products
Customized or special-order items
Items marked as “Non-Returnable” or “Final Sale”
3. Return Request Process
To initiate a return:
Contact us within 3 days of delivery
Provide:
Order number
Item details
Reason for return
Clear photos/videos (for damaged or incorrect items)

4. Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), return shipping will be covered by Jazeeraa Mart
If the return is due to change of mind, the customer bears the return shipping cost
Items must be returned within 5 days of approval.
5. Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days
Refunds will be issued via:
Original payment method, or
Store credit (if applicable)
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
6. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, subject to stock availability. If the item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.
7. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible and return policy applies
8. Refusal of Returns
Jazeeraa Mart reserves the right to refuse returns if:
The return request is made outside the allowed timeframe
The item shows signs of use or damage not caused during delivery
Required proof is not provided
