Return & Refund Policy

At Jazeeraa Mart, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • The item is returned with original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories (if applicable)

Return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund, unless received damaged or incorrect:

  • Food and perishable items

  • Personal care or hygiene products

  • Customized or special-order items

  • Items marked as “Non-Returnable” or “Final Sale”

3. Return Request Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us within 3 days of delivery

  2. Provide:

    • Order number

    • Item details

    • Reason for return

    • Clear photos/videos (for damaged or incorrect items)

Our team will review the request and confirm return approval.

4. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), return shipping will be covered by Jazeeraa Mart

  • If the return is due to change of mind, the customer bears the return shipping cost

Items must be returned within 5 days of approval.

5. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 working days

  • Refunds will be issued via:

    • Original payment method, or

    • Store credit (if applicable)

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

6. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, subject to stock availability. If the item is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.

7. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch

  • Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible and return policy applies

8. Refusal of Returns

Jazeeraa Mart reserves the right to refuse returns if:

  • The return request is made outside the allowed timeframe

  • The item shows signs of use or damage not caused during delivery

  • Required proof is not provided

9. Policy Updates

This Return Policy may be updated at any time. Changes will be reflected on jazeeraamart.com and will apply to future orders only.
